fill in details on form and then e-mail or bring into shop.
no matter what i do i cannot fill this form in,so the only option i can see is to print it out ,fill it in and take it into the shop if you live anywhere near

The rules also state:

Prize must be collected from Maxwell Hamilton store, Lymington

Winner will be selected at random on 1 May 2010

Spot on Melli! Just received a very quick and helpful response from them re my email which included:

Thank you for your interest in our competition. The form has to be printed filled in and then scanned to email back.
