Halifax savings account interest rates

In online banking, the Halifax used to show you the interest rate for an account in the general information at the top. This information no longer appears. Does anyone know how to find out the interest rate of a particular account?

I'm not asking for their current rates, these are for fixed rate savings accounts that were opened some time ago.

I'd suggest one of the following:

1) Check the certificate of investment that they issued shortly after you opened the account.

2) Ring them on 08457 26 36 46.

3) Call in to your nearest branch and ask.

I can do (1) for most of the accounts. Unfortunately I cannot find one of the certificates.

It's annoying as they used to show this information on all accounts, now they have removed it.

.......... if your account precedes these rates you can only ring them.

These tables don't include the fixed-term accounts at all, though my recollection is that they used to at one time.
