I have used this site before and used a letter, and just filled in my own details to claim back PPI. I cant see the template anywhere, please could someone advise me where to find it now. Thanks:o

Many thanks for that, did you have to fill in a questionaire now?:o I am sure last time, i used used a template letter stating i was pressurised by the salesperson.0

Sometimes from the lender so they can gather information. When you go to the FOS there are additional forms as well do not be concerned about these.:mad:0
