childcare costs

could anyone tell me if you get any help from tax credits if you go back to school fulltime? or do you only get it if you work, my husband works 30hrs a week and we have to older kids starting nursery in sep so i was considering going back to school full time but would need a childminder for my baby and the twins after school, and couldn't afford it if i didn't get any help

    Not following. You are going back to school? I take it you work there? Teacher?

    Or are you going to college/uni to study?

    The answer depends on your husbands salary.

    I believe you will get 80% of it paid for you yes.

    you only get help towards childcare if you are both working. being in education is not classed as working. however you might be able to get help via your college, towards the fees
