Can anybody please point me in the right direction - I am looking for the return/refund policy for returning a 2 seat footstool.

I ordered a 3 seat sofa and a 2 seat footstool.

I am still waiting for the 2 seat footstool to come (they said 8-10 weeks and this will finish this week) and will be receiving the 3 seat delivery this Sat. Can I cancel a part of the order as it did not meet the delivery timeframe?

I am firstly very sorry for what has happened, may I ask who you bought it from as if they have a website you should be able to find their policies on their website, if they are not on it, you can request it by phoning their head office. Also if you look at your purchase agreement and it states that they will deliver in the set timeframe and they have not, they could but I feel will have been in breach of contract depends on the Tees and Cees and you can go down several easy legal steps to get your money back.

DFS - it's in the OP's opening post.
I suspect the contract does not state that the goods will be delivered by a certain date i.e time is not the essence of the contract.
