Bank Account has gone missing from internet banking (Natwest)

onewayoranother
Hi
Has anyone else experienced this?
I have 4 Natwest accounts all with an overdraft and all are linked on my internet banking.
I log in everyday but today one of the accounts has gone missing.
All of the accounts are overdrawn (agreed overdraft), and this one was the only one with NO available funds.
Has anyone else experienced this before?
I'm going to ring them later but thought someone else may have experienced this.
Thanks

I had an account with them that went to collections and I was told that the account would not be available on internet banking anymore. I couldn't check the balance or do anything with it. So call them and check that it hasn't gone to collections or been closed by them due to lack of use.Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p

It's not quite the same but when I transferred my ISA, they closed my account and I presumed this to be because it was empty. Not sure if accounts are automatically closed when there's nothing in them or whether this was just because I'd transferred the funds elsewhere. I guess you'll get the reasoning for yours when you phone though!ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0

This sounds like it may be the reason.
What happened once it went to collections, do they let you offer to pay x amoutn back a month?

They will arrange a payment plan with you but they will want a full list of your incomings and outgoings so if there is anything you can cut back on do it now.
Also the consumer credit counselling service or national debt line can liaise with your creditors for you and also pay them each month. You just send a monthly amount to them to distribute.Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
