Your last sentence is tortuous to read!

Quidco is merely a website which refunds, to the member, commission it eventually receives for 'introducing' the business. You go through Quidco to Prudential's website. Quidco plays no other part in the proceedings.

They are just part of the affiliate scheme that the insurance company offers websites. They give you some of that money back - it can take time as it depends on the website giving quidco the money and then quidco tying that up to the people that have bought through them etc.

Also remember to look at the t's & c's concerning when they pay out for instance GreasyPalm payout after you have accumlated £100.

Also don't let the cashback cloud your vision as sometimes insurers can be that much more expensive even after the cashback, so worth checking out sites like esure, elephant & Privilidge and other cheaper web insurers.

I went through Quidco for my sons car insurance with Lloyds TSB, who gave me the cheapest quote originally. The £80 cashback was tracked immediately and paid out within about 4 months.
