government help with day nursery fees

we have a 3 year old who from april qualifies for the goverment assistance with our day nursery fees, the current day nursery she is attending has applied for the grant for the full term april- sept.

however we are moving house soon and will be moving our daughter to another day nursery, and i would like to know, the benefit the current nursery receive for us, can it be transferred to another day nursery.

if we move her do we lose out on the benefit?

No you can use it at any nursery just give your current nursery enough notice so that they can advise the right department when they should stop receiving the money and ask the new nursery to apply for the funding. We moved halfway through school year in March and we had no problems still getting the free hours at the new nursery.
