I've submitted offers on behalf of my brother, so yes, you could get someone else to do it for you. Solicitors are a good idea, or if you're not up to negotiating with EAs you could get a savvy friend or someone like that to do it for you?

Assume OP is in England/Wales?
In Scotland, you have to have a solicitor submit the offer for you, and it must specify who you are.
Why don't you want to submit an offer yourself, or in your own name? Is there some reason the seller won't take you seriously?0
