Hia guys,
Hope this is OK to post - it is something I've organised but it's entirely for charity!
"Swishing" is swapping clothes that you don't wear very often. The idea is to save money and the environment by donating your clothes and walking away with something that you prefer.
Well there didn't seem to be much going on in Cardiff so I've set up a party in TigerTiger this May 13th: http://www.wegottickets.com/event/79278 I'm a trustee of Channel One Newport Hospital Radio, so every penny from ticket sales and raffle will go straight to the cause, and any left-over clothes will go to the charity shops by the bus station.
So if you know any fashion-conscious, money-saving ladies in the area, please invite them! We need to the collect the clothes in advance, otherwise they'd be a nightmare to sort out, so you need to buy your tickets pretty quick.
Oh, and if you're on Facebook it's here: http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/event.php?eid=114735341879365
Cheers,
Badger
