Adding Auctiva store display to active listings?

Though I've never used Auctiva to create listings (tried it, had problems, gave up), I do like to make use of the scrolling display which can be added to listings. I used to be able to get this to appear on all my listings by going straight from one of them to Auctiva and going to Active Listings there, then the Auctiva Store display would be added to all my listings. However, it's not doing it automatically any more for some reason, so now the only listings with the scrolling display are the ones where I used old listings with the scrolling display as templates.
Can someone please explain to me (in technodunce-friendly terms) how to add the Store Display to my other listings?

Have a look in 'my account' then 'account settings' and see if it's switched on. If that doesn't help then I'd ask on their community forum.0
