Don't like the sound of hold 10% back.
If you're not happy you should hold the full amount back.

It's a better quote - still expensive though.

I guarantee if you say £3k cash and the job's yours they will do it.

Ignore the sales talk - and stick to £3k, will 100% accept it.

but they are travelling quite abit...I'm about 3 and half hours plus away, each way..mmmm its quite a scarey business this window lark!lol...they had a fixed price but my door has a large side panel and one of my windows needs to be toughened glass so its gone up £500
