Tax Credit - Annual Review Question

Hi all,
Got a letter from working tax credit today saying Annual Review for year ended 05/04/2010.
What do we need to do with this form as i have read it but a bit confused on a few things. As we only put in the claim for working tax credit from 22/03/2010 as its when i started work. Everything seems ok on the form for myself but on my partners section it has her down as Received income based JSA.
She is still signing on at the Job Centre but gets no money from JSA due to my income so does this still count as received income from JSA as she gets nothing from them.
Also on Step C it says our award for tax year 2009 -2010 was based on at least one of us receving income based JSA for the whole period. If at least one of us received any of these benefits for the whole period of 22/03/2010 to 05/04/2010 and still gets them you do not need to give us any income details and goto step one. So do i goto step one as my girl friend still signs on but gets no money from JSA.
Also says if we stopped receiving these benefits either during the award perioed or since it ended goto part 2 and give joint income details for 2009-2010. Is this tax income only inc benfitis that are taxable.
If anyone can advise on what to do on this as like i said my girl friend signs on down the job centre but only signs on for her NI to be paid and does not receive any money from JSA

You should let them know as soon as possible that she is not receiving payments so they can remove it from your award and it won't cause ovverpayments in future. Although she is still signing on she is not receiving payments so is not 'in receipt' of JSA
The declaration is looking for taxable income for 09/10 which would be any income from employment or self employment, taxable benefits (if unsure check with JCP if you received these) and any other income over £300 (interest from savings, pensions etc)
Call the helpline and someone should talk you through it0
