Change in price

Hi,
I ordered some headphones off Play on the Wednesday for £24.99 however by the weekend the price had gone down to £17.99...my friend said I should be entitled to the difference refunded...is this true???
Cheers

You can return the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations providing you notify them within 7 working days.

You may want to see if they can save you both the trouble by just refunding the difference out of good will.

I believe your not entitled to it, if play had come after you saying the price had gone up by £7 would you pay it. You can always ask but theres no guarantee they will do so

No. If the price had gone up by £7 would you pay more?

Is it worth it for £7 bearing in mind its highly likely you will need to post them (recorded ofc;))

    Worth an ask though

Remember that Play is based in Jersey and not the UK, so the DSR doesn't apply. I understand they do have some very similar legislation, but not sure of exact details in how they vary.
