Thomas Cook Cash Passport

I loaded up my cashpassport card online with £500.00 to be on the safeside for our holiday. I did this february 2010, on arriving in spain in april I went to the atm to find that I had no money on my card whatsoever. After several calls to travelex they appeared to have no knowledge of any transaction ever taking place. On getting back to england I was fobbed off by travelex, cash passport. I spoke to my bank who confirmed that the transaction took place but the money was credited with thomas cook visa. They at first tried to fob me off but after saying I had evidence from the bank that their bank details had received that money despite the fact that I have no card with them. My bank tell me that the money should have been returned to me if they werent able to place it. I was told by an adviser some 10 days ago that I would receive a phone call back within 24 hours this didnt happen surprise surprise. I have spoken to them again and they are still not able to find my money which I now desperately need as I had to borrow money whilst away to cover me for this mess. Can anyone help me with what I do next. Really dont know where to go with this as there dont seem to be any contacts for thomas cook visa complaints thanks michelle

you could ask you bank were the money came from to indemnify the funds for you which basically means they will ask for the money back
