As Marks and Spencers doesn not accept the card I was going to use online . I popped into Ashton under lyne branch in greater Manchester this morning , but was a bit dissapointed as they only had one and a half rails of childrens and baby clothes on sale and about 3 rails of ladies clothes which were all a size 20 and above { im a size 8-10 }:(

Howver I still managed to find some lovely summer clothes for dd and spent £30 so if your in the area its worth a look but I wouldnt go out of your way to visit. As I was there at nine this morning and there was quite a few people buying already.

Instore sale was pretty poop at Gyle in Edinburgh too, lots available in plus sizes but not much else.

popped into leeds briggate and manage to pick up a smart skirt for £1! also got myself some smart trousers that were OOS online :j

lol, just noticed my bargain £1 skirt was a size 10, not a 14 that i thought it was, and it fits (i'm usually a size 12) so i feel even better about my lovely bargain :D

Was just having another nosy online at the sale and some stuff that was in the sale is back up to full price? Very odd!

It was in the paper a couple of days ago that M&S amongst others have upped their sizing to flatter us ladies into believing that we have lost weight and now fit into a smaller size.

Well I think sizes have been getting smaller over the last 10 years, so maybe they're getting back to normal :D

This is so true :( I recently got a lot of clothes out of the loft that I could get back into again and the old 12 is the same size as a 10 is now. Plus the waist/thigh ratio has changed too - the waists are larger for the same size thighs.

    - Thanks for the tips & codes
