Extended warranty rip off

Having purchased a gold plus warranty for £500 when my propshaft went after only having the car for 4 months I looked in the T's & C's propshaft covered yes! Contacted warranty company who refused the claim saying it was due to wear and tear! Contacted the garage to be told not our problem you bought a warranty, I explained it didn't cover the propshaft and they lost interest straight away. So where do I go from here? I am facing a £500 bill on tyop of the 7K I've already paid for the car :mad:

Pursue the garage. Just cos they flogged you an overpriced warranty dosen't change their responsibility0
