Anyone know anything about quick blow fuses?

Hi all,
Am kicking myself for this problem. I stupidly plugged in a 110v appliance into the mains without the converter and now it has gone pop and the quick blow fuse on the circuit board has blown.
I have seen quick blow fuses advertised on ebay (no idea where else to get this from). The quick blow fuse that has blown has wires either end that connect into the circuit board.
My mum used to make up circuit boards when I was a child, the solderable components used to have the wires already fitted either end. When I have searched for the fuses, I have been unable to find fuses with this wire already fitted. Is it possible to solder the wire onto the end of the fuses?
If not, can anyone suggest a supplier I can get these types of fuses from please?
Thanks

Thanks guys for responding.
I have tracked down the type I need on ebay.
Having got a magnifying glass out and taken a good look at the fuse, it looks like the fuse actually sits in caps, so I just need to manipulate it gently to get the original fuse out and replace it.
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!
