Quick question about holiday pay entitlement

Hi
I have my compromise agreement being looked over by a solicitor tomorrow but I'm wondering about my holiday pay entitlement.
I have been told that any outstanding holidays will be paid for on top of my VR offer-as I have 24 days untaken at this point do I get paid for 24 untaken days when my employment ends on 14/5 or will I get paid for just the holiday accrued up to that point-about 8 days I think?
Thanks as usual

Hi Ferry
You will receive holiday pay that is accrued up to the end of your notice period (i.e up to the employment termination date). You won't get the full year's entitlement as you won't be employed for the full year.
Good luck for the solicitors tomorrow.0 -

Bank holidays are not a right and the person could have been paid a holiday allowance that included the bank holidays so you would not get a pro-rata holidays and bank holidays if this is the caseAlways ask ACAS0
