Apparently someone has give me info that these payments are anything that has been owed or delayed
IS (INCOME SUPPORT)
JSA (JOB SEEKERS ALLOWANCE)
WP (WINTER PAYMENTS)
So if you have been payed anything from £10 + above then chances are its winter payments or other payments owed to you
The only thing i can think of is i signed a new claim on JSA but started work like a week later after new account and i was owed money from my last sign on. . but still i aint touching it until im sure what the payments are.0 -
Hi, I'm aware this problem happened to you some time ago now but I have only just received a similar payment from North East 316 and I am wondering whether your matter was resolved or not in the end and whether you found out where the money was actually coming from?!
This would definitely put my mind at rest!0
