Apparently I need to earn over £50,000 to buy the average house in my area. Who buys the average house? Lots of cheap terraces nearby for those not too fussy to slum it for a few years.

My council are pretty good...at granting planning permission for soulless ugly new estates plonked down in the middle of nowhere without shops, jobs, pubs, buses, or facilities of any kind. Just rows of ugly boxes, totally car dependent, and bored teenagers with nothing to do. Whatever happened to urban planning?

my area/ postcode doesn't exist apparently!

I doesn't include Wales, Scotland or NI.

    Typical Anglo-centric bias.
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:
