i have had my first credit card reclaim success. it was the smallest one of my claims- £164 with ikano form a new look card. it only took me three letters and i would encourage everyone to do the same if you incurred charges with ikano. they offered me half of it back at first but i declined and a week later they wrote back saying that they would pay it all. fingers crossed for the thousands that i am trying to reclaim from the other companies

oooh fab news, I'm just about to send the first letter to them now, crossing fingers it will be as swift as yours. Had luck with Simply be and littlewoods, now only ikano to go.
