Fogged Up Binoculars

Last Sunday my binoculars fell in to the bath and they have still not come right as they are fogged up with condensation will they be ok or is the damage permanent ?

all depends what was in the water?
pure water should be ok, just let em dry out in the airing cupboard.
any contaniments will probably ruin the optics though. only answer is get them cleaned by a professional.
how much are they worth?

and what the hell were you doing with binos in the bathroom?

There was nothing in the water still it is now several days since it happened and they still have not cleared up

Hair dryer or leave on top of radiator. Did this with the rear light of my car that had misted up.

What do you have in the bathroom that requires the use of binoculars.
I inadvertently put too much lens cleaner on one of my telephoto lens and it had to go to a local camera repair man to be stripped and cleaned. Give it a bit longer to see if it will dry out. But you may well be in for a repair bill.
