cahoot, charges on loan account

Hello all, i was just wondering if it is possible after the court ruling to reclaim charges on a loan account i have with cahoot, any help ideas would be appreciated many thanks :)

  • that interesting, i started the reclaim process with them, in 2007 and it was put on hold by cahoot, saying they were awaiting the court case outcome,etc, so i possibly ought to start my reclaim with them again, whcih letter should i use, any further advice would be appreciated many thanks

    Write to them again with regards to it and use UTCCR 1998. Let's see what they say and then we will see what service they allege was provided.
