Anyone else still waiting on there forms, they told me they had been posted out on the 14th but there still not here, i'm getting worried now as I'm waiting for a back payment due to underestimating partners income

if your declaration forms have been sent you will be able to confirm your figures over the phone to finalise the award, this will then release the payment?

We have also over estimated my OHs income by £4k as he is self employed, we had our renewal pack on monday so I would say you would get yours any time now

Does anyone know how long it takes for the award to be processed after you renew? We get our payments weekly now and they have usually been very quick to amend things when I have had change in circumstances. We are expecting a underpayment payment to.
