If you book a Holiday they do not tell you that they are booking Flight and Hotel separately. In the event of anything going wrong, you will not be covered as a Package and will not be refunded for Hotel and Transfers as I have found out to my cost!!!!!!

Surely if you book a "package" and they split it, then it's their issue?
However if they sell you a flight and a hotel then it's not a package?0 -
When I rang they denied that I did not know it was a Package and said I would have been made aware of this. This is ridiculous as I would not have allowed them to book a flight separately "on my behalf" using my debit card. the whole idea of booking a package was that it would be fully covered.
Nationwide have asked that I obtain a response in writing but this is not happening, neither have I been allowed to speak to a Supervisor so I am passing everything to Atol and Nationwide.0
