2 complaints down 2 to go

AOL complaint - done
Norwich city complaint - done

Virgin trains and HSBC next, it'll be great to hear from Virgin again i managed to get £15 out of them last time, just a shame they didnt improve on their service.

I hope AOL refund me, the cheeky sods demanded me to pay a bill (that was done on credit) when i wasnt even 18, i paid it when i was 17 and now time to dispute the fact they issued credit to someone who was only 17

Giving credit to an under 18 is simply unenforcable - nothing illegal in doing it but if the customer refuses to pay you cant get the money back off them. If you have already paid it then you cannot get the money back - if you didnt pay it then they have no right to get the money back.
