If you don't mind charity shops, they usually have lots & often still in packets. I like the shabby chic look & have bought some gorgeous embroidered linen ones for just a couple of pounds, a couple boxed with the matching napkins.0

You can get them at supermarkets like tesco, asda, sainsburys etc. for really cheap
