What does POA mean in a property listing

in House buying, renting & selling
been looking at estate agents property sites and some properties have the price displayed wheras some just have POA on it.

what does this mean and why dont they just display the price.

    It means Price on Application. Numerous reasons why they don't put the price. Want to arouse interest but feel price might put someone off from enquiring. Seller doesn't want all and sundry to know etc.
