Switching from edf v3 to v6 - quidco??

Just a quickie. been doing energy comparisons and feel like brain has frazzled so need help pls!
Scotish power online v9 is offering £100 quidco til tomorrow but savings wise we would be saving £15per quarter with this.
We are with EDF for dual fuel at the moment and the best tarriff seems to be Online V6 which would save us about £50 per quarter.
Accounts are in hubbys name. If I applied online in my name to switch over - any idea if we would get the £40 quidco? T&C say new customers only,not existing....but I would technically be a new customer.
