BA Florida fly drive insurance extras? (nothing to do with volcanoes!)

I'm looking to book a BA fly drive to Tampa for later this year. According to their website the car hire is with Avis and includes "STATE SURCHARGE, TIRE & BATTERY FEE, VEH. LICENSE FEE, Additional Liability Insurance (ALI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)" with a CDW excess of £0.
Am I likely to be strongly advised by Avis to take any extra insurance when I pick the car up or does the above cover everything?
