Hi All

I've a voip software installed on my pc, it looks like always i get error message after dialing 'call ended other party ended the call due to an unknown error'.

When i search the internet, this is how they work sometimes they lock the account to get the money from us.

My account is locked now. I've more than 40 Euros with them. I've been trying to contact them but no reply from them.

How can i get the money back from these people, i paid thru paypal. Any ideas.

Thanks for your help.

Paypal is really helpful, but not this case, when i tried to register a dispute i get this message, so please dont pay thru them if possible.

    We Have Registered Your Dispute
Thank you for registering your complaint about this transaction. Unfortunately, this type of transaction is not eligible for PayPal dispute resolution.

PayPal don't do refunds for any "virtual goods" so to speak, that is maybe why you are getting that response from them Truthman. As the product you bought is not physical it's difficult for PayPal to find who is right in such a dispute, the most sensible way would be to contact the seller and try to get a refund off them.

Gordikin I resent you saying Truthman isn't helpful, I have found his rants highly amusing :rotfl::j:j
