Superfi problem

Hi,

I purchased a Nad amplifier from Superfi in July 2009 it has a two year guarantee. It developed a fault and I returned it to Superfi in 3 weeks ago.

I heard nothing other than acknowledgement. I contacted them today and they have comeback to me with a vague reply saying that it is with Nad but presumably they are waiting for parts that are now delayed due to the flight problems.

Is there anything I can do. I would like my money back or credit note. I could be waiting another two or three weeks I think. My contract was with Superfi and at the moment I feel somewhat let down.

Thanks for your help.

regards

Mark

They have a right to attempt a repair as long as it doesn't cause a significant iconvenience.
