HELP!!! Parcelforce delivered to wrong address!!! What next?

I have arranged a redelivery for a rug I bought on Ebay for saturday 17th.
They have sent it to the wrong depot therefore wasn't delivered on saturday.
Yesterday it stated on it's way to my local depot.
I've checked again tonight and to my horror it was delivered to another address!!!!! :eek:
I called Parcelforce who told me they could not arrive to contact my local depot but it is listed as signature denial?
What will happen next? I do not know the person who have signed for the parcel.
Now they say they will investigate and contact me tomorrow.
What if they find the parcel? what next? Surely they do not expect me to retrieve the rugs myself from the people they delivered to by mistake once they find it?:wall::mad:

One person from my block of flats came 15 minutes ago, telling me he signed for my rug. He just moved in the block and was asked by the driver if he could sign for it.
It's nice of him, but it would have been nice to have, with the tracking infos, the address of the person who sign for a parcel when you're not there to receive it, I would have never thought of asking him as he is on another floor than me.
I have panicked for nothing and I had to call back Parcelforce to tell them to stop the enquiry which would have be done tomorrow, they had call me back to say that they will ask the driver where he delivered it.
I feel like a right prat now.:o

Thanks cally, I'm glad too that I have the rug, it will prevent me to worry about it for days on end.:D
