quick question - how long does it generally take for rightmove to update their website with sold house prices. my neighbours have recently moved and new people have been in 3 weeks. im interested to know what it sold for.

i think it takes about three months. I moved in december and rightmove says they last updated the date at the end of march.0

I didn’t realise that was there. Unfortunately for my postcode there are zero results, whereas a quick check on nethouseprices covers the area well for sold prices.

The default search only goes back 2 years. Did you change the option to look at all years?0

If you want more recent prices, Zoopla and Ourproperty are generally updated within a month of sales being recorded (in Scotland, at least...)0
