Hi i have been wating nearlly 3 years to get my bank charges back are we getting them back or has th case finished now and we aint getting nothing ?

Is it with the bank or with the courts?
have you not received a no from the bank yet?
have you changed address recently and made the bank you are claiming from aware of this?
