I am trying to sort my money out at the moment, I am having a few problems. Does anyone know what the best company and the cheapest is for to go to for car insurance?

The best: Chubb, Hiscox, Sterling, Home & Legacy and some other high net worth providers.
The cheapest: go on all the price comparisons websites, search.
Read though the policy before you buy, check your excesses including compulsory so you understand what you would be left having to pay and that it is something you can afford.0 -
There is no "cheapest" insurer. The premium varies based on your risk.
Have a look at the articles on this site about how to get cheaper insurance.0 -
The "cheapest" insurer is the one that is going to pay out if you make a claim, with an excess that you can afford - no good going for the cheapest in money terms if you are left with £1,000 excess in the event of an accident (and some excesses apparently do apply to third party cover).0
