Best web browser to use?

Options
Hi all, what is the best to use for speed & attachments? I'm looking for a fast browser (as I like to open 10-15 tabs at a time & this slows IE down for me) and things that store my data & fill forms in at the click of a button (I currently use RoboForm but it's restricted to 2 users & 10 passcards/logins).

If you ask this question to 5 people, you'll get 6 different answers.

Try them yourself and choose accordingly.

For what it's worth, Google Chrome has a reputation for being quite speedy.

    got to be OPERA really.

especially if you want the form filling in function. Fill it in once, and then its ctrl [return] from then on for that page. saves hours of time wasting!!

and im pretty sure the tabs are unlimited!

AND..theres the speed dial function, so you can set your welcome page and new tab page to bring up a speed dial for up to 25 most used webpages. (bit like bookmarks but easier to click on !

I've downloaded Chrome to try out, it seems v fast! But when I click on something it opens in a new tab, how can I change it so it opens in a new window (if I want it in a tab I just press ctrl + click link). Also, can you change the layout of the top bar like you can on IE?

& one last thing, how do you delete cookies?

    Marty J,

You forgot to include Camino. ;)

It's great, it's lean and it's fast. I really like it; use it a lot.

Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:

As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

Quick shortcut in firefox, chrome & IE7 (maybe others)
    Press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE **
it will bring up a dialog box allowing you to clear setting, untick all except cookies and click the delete button (you can also clear the by a period ie hour/day)

**note its the delete button (near home) not the one on the numpad
Press any other key to continue.

The way the add on allows the additional tabs and lays them out is really nice rather then keep adding them side by side till it cant no more makes life so much easier.

Thank you so much for this, so quick to do!! Wish I had known this a few months ago, I do daily clicking so have to delete cookies about 15 times in 1 hour and it's a hassle - now not a problem!! :j
