Hi all
We've just lauched a new petition with Mumsnet to ask the new PM, who ever that is, to ensure financial education is made compulsory as soon as possible (after it was scrapped a few weeks ago, see MSE News story).
If you'd like to sign that'd obviously be great but also let us know of any glitches or issues you spot.
See the petition here http://www.financialeducationpetition.com/
Thanks in advance

Hi Wendy
When I load up that site there in one box that doesn't display (it could be just my computer to be fair as some sites are banned on my work pc) anyway its on the right hand side below tweet facebook etc and above 'further reading'
Just one other possible point (being picky) but is it right to say we want to restore legislation at the start of the demand? was it ever legislation? if not can it actually be restored?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
What happens to our information? I know it says "The details you provide on this page will never be used for anything else nor will they be passed onto a 3rd party.", but are our details displayed anywhere? Can there be a box to tick to ensure our email addresses are not displayed on the petition etc?
Thanks!
pippitypipI know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here!0 -

Hi pippitypip
Your details won't be displayed anywhere. We are only storing them on our server so that we can count how many unique addresses have signed the petition.*** Get the Martin's Money Tips Free E-mail at www.moneysavingexpert.com/tips ***0 -

That's another facebook section Tixy so I think it should be ok on other pcs. A bill could be classed as legislation I think so we're ok with the term. Thanks for the suggestion though.*** Get the Martin's Money Tips Free E-mail at www.moneysavingexpert.com/tips ***0
