I had two claims at Court in Northampton one for YB bank charges and one for YB Visa card charges. YB offered a full settlement on the bankcharges claim which I accepted and received the full amount including interest. The second claim for Visa charges was put on hold at court as all other claims were and following the ruling YB have written to me stating they will not uphold my claim. I understand that credit card claims are not covered by this ruling and wonder what my plan of attack should be, on 21st March 2007 the claim was £564.60 am I entitled to claim interest from then till now and what do I do about the court costs and the procedings.0
