What will happen when I have less incomings?
Hi, I have an IVA for £48,000, and have been making my repayments for 15months of £400 a month.
I try to stay very close to the budget set me and I dont have that much left over. I have 3 children, my son who shall be 16 in the summer has decided to not go to college this year, but to go to live with his dad in Scotland for a year.
I am worrying about what shall happen then, as I wont be getting his childtax credits or family allowance - both of which were taken into account as income for my IVA.
Will the Payplan people adjust my payments? Or will I have to find the difference myself?
I hope this makes sense and thanks for any advice in advance.

You can insist that your I&E is reviewed but you'll probably find that much of your costs will be reduced roughly to meet the reduced income... it'll even itself out (on paper at least).
(If you want a pointer or two on your I&E then post it up here and people will give you a few hints that payplan probably didnt but should have!)Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
