Hi i am about to move into a private rented house after living at my mums, this will be my first home and i need to find a gas and electric supplier.
How do i find the cheapest? i have looked on the comparison websites but they want to know who my currant supplier is and i don't have one. The gas meter is a card one and the card says Npower, but thats all i can tell as the gas and electric aren't turned on yet.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

You will have current supplier(s) - the one(s) that currently supply.
If you can't find out who they are, see here:

You'll need to register with them ... and then you will be able to switch supplier should you wish."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Hi thanks for the reply, i've just phoned and am now registered with The utility warehouse for gas and Npower for electric.0
