I got mine this morning took 5 mins intotal from dialing the number to finish so nice and simple.

I got mine this morning just a bog standard renewal notice, seems less paper than usual.

I think they have changed the format of them as mine contained none of the usual figures that I had put down for the recent income from last year, just the minimum details you have this many kids and so on.

It didnt say what my provisional award was for this year either, even though I have been recieving a payment each week still, is this the same for everyone ?

I dont know if you have to wait for P60s, I do though as you just go by that figure dont you then you dont have to work anything out

it cant be wrong as its your P60

Does anyone know if you have been claiming JSA if you are sent a P60 as cont based is classed as taxable income

If you know your exact income then no you dont. If you have had various jobs and been on benefits etc in between then its probably best to wait for your P60.

Just received mine this morning. I was getting worried that they weren't going to come! Phoned them up and renewed in 2 mins. Brilliant service on their part
