When i did my dissertation, we had to put a caveat stating that we will allow the university a royalty free licence to use the dissertation but I/we still retain the copywrite to it!.

I would be wary as some companies offer two styles of payments, once where theypurchase the copywrite off you and the other where you only get half of what the company earns.

Two Issues.

1) Do you own the copyright? If yes, then its probably legal, if not then it definately is not.

2)Are you still at University? If so, then selling it is probably breaks the rules. Assisting someone to cheat, was against the rules even if your submitted work was clean at my uni.

Is this merely a theoretical enquiry, or are you intending on selling work?

Just out of curiosity, do you think it is acceptable for students in University to put zero effort into their academic work, and pass with an award, yet there are those who desperately want to, but cannot, get themselves a place in tertiary education?

I feels somewhat twitched that people would even consider taking the easy option. Where is the sense of achievement there?
