  • they may just have queries from the other side that they can answer without you. i would not worry too much about it just yet. nothing can happen further until they get the formal offer of mortgage anyway. i would hastle your EA more than you Solicitor as , like i said, they can hastle all sides. but just wait for now, nothing much else you can do.

    your right Millie, we did out purchase in less. but as you say you need both mortgage offer and fast good solicitor and the 2 are rearly found together :rotfl:

    You need 2 super fast solicitors! My solicitor seems fairly astute but my seller's seems to have only two gears - slow and slower. It took them unbelievable 4 weeks to send a contract pack to my solicitor despite repeated asking.
