you can either choose a picture from KLM or upload your own they look really smart

go to Tools
scroll down, to

clear recent history

then you should get an option to clear recent history (cookies)
you may get options like 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or all day, click on any

this should work try the link again after doing this, hope it works
