Car insurance
Anyone got any top tips, I have looked at Martins Tips but got totally confused by all the various cashback, clubcard, etc etc recommendations.
The only think I did actually manage to work out is that the 150 quid I am paying each year to Tescos for a breakdown cover is a total rip off. For the same price I could go with the AA and get breakdown cover and car maintenance insurance, where they pay up to 500 pounds for the cost of repairs.
I would welcome any recommendations before I get fleeced by the insurance industry

adding someone older than you as a named driver normally knocks 10-20% of the premium, depends on your age of course but I always put my mother on my policy, she never got hold of the keys of course

LOL, would love to find someone older to put as the named policy, but as I am 49 most of them are required to pass their test again every year 0
