Hi there,
The company I work for is going into administration and I am not sure how to know how much I am entitled to. I am on basic salary with comission. I am 21 and have been with the company 2 years. I havent been paid commission since May last year and am worried that I cant get any of it back? I also am wondering how much holiday I would be entitled to. I havent taken any holiday this year and have around 25 carried over from last year. Also I dont actually have a written contract does that mean that I am not entitled to anything? On top of this I have a high amount of expenses which are yet to be paid back are this eligible or are they something I will lose?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Is this a family business or do you have mug stamped on your forehead?
The reason I ask is because I really don't think its normal for an employee to wait 10 months for money owed..
No offense. But I would of thought the only people that get done over like that are done over by friends or family. Not Again0 -

Hi - Our company is also being liquidated..I have worked there 30 years..
As I understand you should be paid any monies owed ie expenses, holiday pay but actual severance would go to the end of the list with all the other creditors.0 -

i dont mean to step on any toes here, but i was informed by ACAS that any redundancy pay due comes top of the list, obviously after HMRC have taken anything they are owed...
