They're still doing it and they know they're doing it (which is why it's so easy to get it removed) so it's about time their regulator did something about it!
To add insult to injury this month's I've been charged purchase interest even though I pay in full by direct debit every month. I can only imagine it's another bug and something to do with the fact that I've had some refunds go onto the card this month, one of them on the first statement day.0 -
Rang the freephone number and eventually got to a human. After a bit of moaning by me offering to close the account - the £1 was refunded.;)0
