    And certain companies STILL phone up and insist on calling the account holder - two and a bit years down the line when they had ALL the relevent details given to them within a fortnight of the death....

    ( They know who they are - all of them my favourite phonees at the moment - "I cant discuss the account with anyone other than MR *** " - " Well you will have a job unless you employ a medium, as your company are WELL aware, he died on the 22 March 2008...."

    I cant ever see why someone wanting to make a payment is a problem either....
